Here at Ready 2 Race we have a genuine knowledge of the
products that we supply,
this has been gained
through our past and continued involvement in motorsport
with various
race and rally teams, drivers
& mechanics throughout the UK.

experience enables us to understand the importance
being placed on
the reliability of the
products being used whether it be in the
workshop pit or paddock and also of having the right equipment
for the job, Especially in the heat of the moment!

We understand that the price of a
product is
important to you, but also realise the quality of the
product is
equally important. Ready 2 Race will only deal with reputable
manufactures who produce some of the sports
leading products. Buy It, Collect It, Save Money On It!
All customers will now have
the option to
purchase
products online
at the advertised web price and then collect your purchase from our
offices in East Sussex.
This option will remove any of
the postage and packing charges
that would normally apply to a purchase, therefore saving you a bit
more money, especially on those larger items.
Please Note:
Collections from our office in Stone Cross can only be made by prior appointment as not all products are stocked at this location
due to the limited storage space.

Payment Methods
To minimise risk of fraud we use a secure third party server for the
processing your credit and or debit card details, as well as this we
employ a number of other security measures to aid us and protect you
from online fraud.
All orders must be pre-paid in full before dispatch or collection Please note that there is a minimum order value of £4.50 (excluding vat and delivery)
Overseas Customers If you are outside the European
Community ie. America, Australasia etc you do not pay the UK current
VAT.
Customers from E.C. member states will be charged UK VAT unless
they are ordering from a business registered for VAT within the
E.E.C. and the order is placed by fax or email, on company
stationary clearly stating the registered VAT number.
Once we have
these details on record orders can then be placed online and we will
remove the UK VAT manually, you will then be invoiced accordingly The following credit / debit cards
are accepted by us

full. Postage & Packing
Charges Delivery Charges will be calculated at time of order.
Please kindly note that when "FREE DELIVERY ON THIS
ITEM" is stated within the product description that this service is
only available in England, Wales & Scotland and excludes the
Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands. For these area's you can
request a quotation for the carriage/delivery charge, this charge
will based on the size, weight and number of the products required
as well as your delivery location. The quotation will be sent to you
for your acceptance prior to shipping, any balance due to cover this
will need to be paid prior to dispatch.ALL PARCELS require a signature upon delivery. Customers
who are not available to sign for goods or who are not in when a
carrier calls may incur a redelivery surcharge, if the goods are returned
to us by our nominated carrier un delivered a restocking charge of
20% will be applied to the goods returned and the original delivery charge
will not be refunded.
Delivery of Goods
Every effort will be made to dispatch the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us.
Please note we use a variety of carriers to try and ensure that
the best possible service and price are achieved. We cannot
guarantee delivery times as stated by Royal Mail or any other
carrier service and we do not guarantee next day delivery unless you
specifically ask for this service by phone.
Larger items may at times, be sent direct from the manufacture
this is due to the weight and size restrictions that are placed on
us by some of the carriers we use.
Ready 2 Race will not be liable
for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or
unavoidable delay in delivery.
No liability will be accepted for damages or shortages in
delivery unless the carriers delivery sheet is endorsed "Parcels received
damaged / open / missing".
Written notice of any such endorsement
must also be advised to ourselves and the carrier on the day
of delivery.
Non delivery must be advised ASAP by phone or e-mail.
Overseas Customers At present we are only able to deliver certain
items to the following destinations
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Ireland (Republic), Italy,
Netherlands,
New Zealand,
Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden,
USA
Delivery to these destinations will be made by using either of the
following services
Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Packets 5-Day
Service
This is an Airmail service available to certain destinations
only. Packets sent using this service need to be signed for on
delivery
Royal Mail Airsure Packets 3-Day Service
This is a accelerated Airmail service available to certain
destinations only, your packet will be put on the first available
flight to its country of destination and the item will be tracked
electronically to the point of delivery and will require a signature
upon delivery.
Delivery standards vary from country to country,
so we are unable to
guarantee delivery times as stated by our nominated carrier. Return
of Goods
Returns must be authorised in writing by us and counter agreed by
the customer in writing before any goods are send back. Goods must be returned to us carriage/postage paid
and in a
saleable condition.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned
parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of posting
etc,
you may
require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.
Credit is based on the original invoice value, (copy to be
enclosed with return) less an allowance for
i) any missing parts.
ii) any damage caused to the goods being returned.
iii) any damage to the packaging that the goods were originally
supplied in. A restocking charge will be applied by us on any
correctly supplied order returned for an credit.
Delivery and or carriage charges can not be credited on any returned
goods.
Credit will not be allowed against any unauthorised returns or
for any obsolete or discontinued goods.
Collection of Goods
Customers who purchase goods online and wish to use collection
option instead of having the goods delivered will receive a "Good's
Ready To Collect" message instead of a "Good's Dispatched" message. Only
after this time and by prior arrangement can the goods be collected
from our main offices in Stone Cross this is to ensure that you don't
waist your time by coming to collect something that's not ready to
collect.
